Address for Commissary – Rogue Gourmet: 1005 Industrial Parkway C-100 Newberg, OR 97132. **It’s off Highway 219 by the airport in Newberg, in the same warehouse center as Four Seasons HVAC.
This will be mostly standing room only – as we are meeting at the Rogue Gourmet Commissary Kitchen. Janet & Martin, along with their team, will be treating all of us to some live action food prep and a tasting/sampling of some of their delicious food!

Abbey Road Farms has built a beautiful new barn that you will want to see with uniquely designed stalls! Come by for networking with other wedding and event professionals, music, dancing, prizes!!!
Members, guests, and spouses are all invited–the more the merrier! We’ll have a costume contest with PRIZES, so wear your best costume! (Costume encouraged, but not required).
$20 at the door for non members / FREE to current WCWP members : Entry gets you – food, first drink free. $5 pours after that.
Wine Country Wedding Professionals (WCWP) is a group dedicated to vendors in the wedding industry. We network and educate wedding and event professionals in the Willamette Valley, Portland, and surrounding area. Our goal is to help each other grow our businesses and refer others we have a connection with.
We meet four times a year: January, March, May, & October or November. We do not meet during the busy wedding season (June-October). Two meeting are casual and focused on networking with other professionals. The other two meetings include networking and an informational based topic.
Wine Country Wedding Professionals started in 2008 and has changed hands a few times. We all loved the close relationships built with fellow vendors and friends. AND so we chose to revive the group as a Non-Profit in 2017 – with a board of members each donating their own time and professional expertise, to help re-ignite and grow this group.
We are looking for host venues and volunteers who would like to share relevant topic content with all of us. Host venues will have the opportunity to stage and talk about the benefits of the venue. You can teach by speaking at a meeting or providing written blog content.

NEW MEMBERSHIP STRUCTURE & FEES:
The new WCWP started in 2017 – Free of Charge to Members to participate. We simply asked for a $5 fee per member to cover website costs and to pay per meeting for food & wine directly. After a successful 2017, we have moved forward to creating WCWP as a Non-Profit. (We also plan to market to potential wedding clients as well.) Because of the costs associated with Non-Profit Status & Business – some increased costs have been incurred. We have been very transparent in where are funds go and how it benefits our Members.
So here is the new breakdown of Membership Fees / Structure for 2019:
COST: 1 YEAR MEMBERSHIP $75
(runs January 2019 through December 2019)
WHAT YOUR MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES:
- FREE Entry to all 4 Meetings for the Year ($25 discount from paying Non-member fees per meeting)
- Entry includes: appetizers or food (Served by Venue or Venue’s Caterer of Choice). Wine/Spirits may be covered for first glass (will post per event) and served at $5+ a glass for member purchase afterwards.
- Website listing + picture / logo of choice
- Social Media Spotlight
- Blog Post Submission (2 per year per vendor)
- Able to participate with hosted event meetings
- Door Prizes purchased with excess funds for all members to enjoy
